Moroccan Sweet Potato Mash

Try this quick and easy side dish made with the delicious taste and goodness of Beef Bone Broth. Full of flavour and the perfect accompaniment to steak or chicken, or just a beautiful light meal on it's own

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place cubed sweet potato in a cooking tray

2. Combine bone broth and all spices into a medium mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined

3. Pour bone broth mixture evenly over the sweet potato and place into the pre heated oven for 40 minutes taking out every 10 minutes to stir

4. Once sweet potato is cooked and there is no liquid left, remove from the oven and transfer into a large bowl ready for mashing

5. Add 20g of butter/dairy free alternative and mash using a potato masher or a stick blender for a smoother consistency

6. Add extra salt to taste

This mash is perfect to use as a side dish for BBQ’d meat/stew or as a delicious dip with vege sticks/chips etc. Enjoy!!
